How to Read Singapore TOTO Results
A field-by-field walk-through of a published TOTO result, from the draw number to the prize table.
The Basic Anatomy of a Result
Every published TOTO result on this site follows the same structure: a draw number and date, the 6 Winning Numbers, the Additional Number, and (when available) a full prize group breakdown. Once you know what each field means, reading any past or recent draw takes seconds.
Draw Number and Draw Date
The draw number uniquely identifies a specific TOTO draw — it only ever increases, draw after draw, and never repeats. The draw date is simply the calendar date that draw took place (Mondays and Thursdays, with occasional holiday adjustments). If you already know a draw number, the Historical Results search on the Results page can look it up directly.
The 6 Winning Numbers and the Additional Number
The 6 Winning Numbers are shown together as a set (order does not matter for winning). The Additional Number is always shown separately — typically after a "+" and in its own visual style — because it is a distinct number with a distinct role, not a 7th Winning Number. See What Is the Additional Number in Singapore TOTO? if that distinction is new to you.
Reading the Prize Group Table
Where a draw’s full prize data is available, expanding a result reveals a table with one row per prize group (Group 1 through Group 7), each showing the prize amount per winning share and the number of winning entries in that group. A high winners count with a modest prize per share, versus a single Group 1 winner with a large prize, are both normal — they simply reflect how many entries matched at each level. Singapore TOTO Prize Groups Explained covers what determines which group an entry falls into.
Recent Draws vs Historical Results
This site’s Results page separates two views on purpose. Recent Draws is a always-populated, quick-glance list (10/20/50 most recent draws) — useful for checking what has just happened. Historical Results is search-first: you look up a specific draw number or a specific number’s appearance history, rather than scrolling a long default list. Both views draw from the same official dataset; they are just organized for different tasks.
Try It Yourself
The best way to get comfortable with this is to open the Results page and look at a real draw: check the draw number and date, read the 6 Winning Numbers and Additional Number, and (if available) expand the prize table to see how winners were distributed across groups.
