What "Hot" and "Cold" Actually Mean

Frequency Is Just Counting, Not Predicting
Frequency statistics answer a backward-looking question: "how many times has this number come up in the draws I’m looking at?" They do not, and cannot, answer a forward-looking question like "how likely is this number to come up next time?" Why Every Draw Is Independent
TOTO draws are independent random events: each draw's outcome does not depend on, and is not influenced by, any previous draw. A number that has appeared frequently in recent draws is not "due" to appear again, and a number that hasn't appeared in a while is not "due" to appear either.
